Session Display Settings

The Display section enables Leaders and Co-Leaders to show or hide specific tabs, activities, and components from all Thinkers during a Session.

  • When you select an item so it displays a blue check mark, Thinkers will see the tab, activity, or component during the Session.
  • When you leave an item blank so it does not display a blue check mark, Thinkers will not see the tab, activity, or component during the Session. Only Leaders and Co-Leaders can view the tab, activity, or component during the Session.

 

GREEN DOTS OVERRIDE SESSION SETTINGS

During a Session, you can override the Session Settings dialog (shown below) by clicking on the Green Dot next to the tab or component. The Green Dots are located on the tabs or activities in the Session so you can hide them from Thinkers.

  • Green indicates the tab, activity, or component is visible to Thinkers during the Session.
  • Gray indicates the tab, activity, or component is hidden from Thinkers during the Session.

Display Settings

The following Session display settings are available for configuration:

  1. Show Thinkers Tab allows Thinkers to view the session roster page (Thinkers tab) that identifies the participants who have joined the session.
  2. Show Activity selects whether the activity each Thinker is viewing will be displayed in the Thinkers Tab.
  3. Show Navigation Tab shows or hides the left Navigation tab displaying all Activities in the session. If Thinkers cannot see the Navigation tab, they cannot freely navigate through the Session activities. Thinkers will see each activity as the Leader navigates through the Session.
  4. Show the Plan Component shows or hides the Plan Component, which is displayed in the Navigation tab and used to plan the session.
  5. Show the Background Component shows or hides the Background Component, which is displayed in the Navigation tab and is used to provide background information on the session.
  6. Show the Agenda Component shows or hides the Agenda Component, which is displayed in the Navigation tab and stores the activities of the session.
  7. Show the Outcomes Component shows or hides the Outcomes Component, which is displayed in the Navigation tab and stores activities related to the outcome of the session.
  8. Show Instructions shows or hides the Instructions tab that holds any instructions that Leaders and Co-Leaders have entered for Thinkers. Thinkers are never able to view Instructions for Leaders.
  9. Show Documents shows or hides the Documents tab which contains files or documents that have been uploaded to the Documents tab.
